Grand Entrance Affairs offers full-service and partial wedding and event planning, day-of coordination, wedding officiating, as well as a la carte services to ensure your special day is as seamless and perfect as you deserve. In addition to your wedding ceremony and reception, we can also help you plan your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, post-wedding brunch, and more.

Full Service Planning

Looking for someone to guide you through every step of wedding planning? We’d be happy to! For Full-Service Wedding and Event Planning, we will step in 8–12 months before the big day to take care of every aspect of planning your special day—including securing your ideal venue, curating your dream team of vendors, contracting all services, budget management, event design and consultation, and more. 

We’ll handle communication between all parties throughout the planning process, hold regular check ins to keep you on track, create your ideal day-of timeline, and coordinate both your rehearsal and the big day.

Destination Weddings

Are you the adventurous types who want to celebrate your nuptials somewhere far, far away? As fellow travel enthusiasts, you can trust us to be savvy enough to coordinate all the moving parts of planning your dream destination wedding somewhere exciting (but unfamiliar)! 

In addition to all Full Service Planning offerings, we will help manage important travel accommodations for you and your wedding VIP, while finding you the best local venue, vendors, and services to create the perfect, romantic destination wedding of your dreams.

Partial Planning

Are you the hands-on type who enjoys planning, but need an experienced professional to make sure nothing important gets missed? We’re happy to help! With our Partial Planning service, we’ll step into the planning process 3–7 months out to assist you along the way to your big day.

We will coordinate with your selected vendor team to finalize all details, hold regular check-in meetings with you, while working closely with you to create your ideal day-of timeline. We also offer personally vetted referrals for any vendors and services still needed, while carefully considering your budget. Plus, we manage the day-of coordination of both your rehearsal and the big day.

Final Planning/Day-of Coordination

Is your event mostly all planned and you want a professional set of eyes to check that all I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed before the big day? We’ve got you covered! 

For Final Planning/Day-of Coordination, we will step in for the final 1 or 2 months of the planning process to help tie up all loose ends—finalizing all details with your venue(s) and vendor team, creating a bulletproof timeline, and of course coordinating both your rehearsal and the big soirée to execute your vision exactly as planned.

A la Carte Planning

Need an extra hand or some professional expertise with something? We offer a la carte services to assist you with any one-off event planning tasks, including: event consultation, venue and/or vendor research, contract reviews, design services, and coordinating other wedding-related events (proposal, engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, post-wedding brunch, etc.). 


A la carte services offer you both the help you need and the flexibility, and can be booked on a month-by-month basis as needed.
